A set of guidelines and Rules for what you allow and don't on the site. Unlike the ToS that would give more legal aspects to the offered service, Site Rules dictate what you allow and what 'consequences' awaits if they break said rule. Like say... Sexual content in a non-sexual RP (RP that could involve Minors), cases of Stalking, cases of abusing the system resources, etc. Of course, there is also the old classics: Respect, no RP bashing, no Character Bashing, no Character Murder (Publically speaking against a character on the site) ...
Edited: Those rules could be listed into the "?" section (help)

Some of the consequences would require you to code something into the site. A 'Ban' system that prevents someone from making any posts, either in private or in PM, for a set duration, or until an administrator removes it. So that people that are known stalkers can be 'punished' without destroying their content (account) and to stop them from being able to bother people. You could write Character 0 (You) as an exception so complains can be directed to you, or not. Up to you! I'm not going to make such a request though, because that's more of a 'necessary things for enforcing the rules' then a 'feature I'd like to see' haha
