'Back to feedback list' link while viewing feedback item (implemented)

Right now only way to move from viewing certain Feedback item is to either by:
going back to previously viewed page via browser
going to Litphoria main page and then 'browse all'
Is not the most terrible thing, (getting back to previous page works most of the time very well) but after adding endorsement points you have to either do it twice or use second method, which feels clunky. I would like to see 'back to all feedbacks' somewhere on the page used to view specific feedback item (right above/under the name of it, for example) to make it feel 'smoother'.

In veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery early versions of the site I had little chevrons pointing back near the title, but removed them when I realized the same exact purpose was fulfilled by just hitting back on the browser.
We can visit feedback items from chat or messages or other locations other than from the feedback list. I've found a little 'back to feedback'-type link wanting sometimes too. :)
No one objected to this so I am unblocking. This will likely just be done by backwards facing chevrons, or potentially a "back to list" link under the title
