When having multiple web tabs open (the only current way to have multiple litph chat/RP) open causes a weird issue with the inbox and notifications. Namely the inbox not refreshing on each tab opened, and notifications simply not showing up. can we PLEASE have chat/RP tabs with easily viewable notifications for new posts.

Feel free to modify this to be a bug report about times when notifications 'simply do not show up'. The rest of of this already exists, however, and you should add your comments/supports/concerns/endorsements where applicable elsewhere.
In the past, with a tab open on my inbox, I've had inbox notifications with both the tab number, and the pop-up. But tonight, I had no notification of an inbox item. I only found it by refreshing the inbox page. I think I've seen that a few times recently.
