The job

Simon is along with a good handful of other so called “hunters” employed by the secretive organization known as the Cryptic Defense Unit or also known as the CDU. The CDU is equipped with advanced technology, mystical artifacts and a team of extremely intelligent individuals (…aside from Simon) that are dedicated to safeguarding the world from supernatural threats.

Simon’s role within the CDU is that of a monster hunter. Which simply means that his one and only task is, to track and neutralize supernatural threats, such as monsters and other abominations that might become dangerous or even hostile. Occasionally, he also has to collect samples from some species for research purposes but other than that, he doesn’t has to do much else.
