Teemo's home town is the one and only Bandle City, and be it that Teemo is quite the hotshot around there, it'd be easy to hear about him as a hero or just as an overall nice person in the small town. This scenario could lead to many things, be it a bit of blackmailing when your character finds out something on the yordle that no one else does, or a bit of mental trouble that the yordle has to deal with considering everyone sees him as a great hero for being a murderer.
